Mission Prep - President Thomas S. Monson taught: "Prepare to serve worthily, with an
eye single to the glory of God and His purposes. You will never know the
full influence of your testimony and your service, but you will return
with gladness for having had the privilege of responding to a sacred
call to serve the Master. You will be forever loved by those to whom you
bring the light of truth. Your teachings will be found in their
service. Your examples will be guides to follow. Your faith will prompt
courage to meet life's challenges" (in Conference Report, Oct. 1991, 66;
or Ensign, Nov. 1991, 48). The Missionary Preparation course
is specifically designed to help you prepare to serve as a full-time
missionary. In addition, you will learn ways that you can better be a
member missionary.
Living Prophets - One of the blessings of living today is that there are living prophets on the earth to guide and teach us. In this course you will find out why we have living prophets and how we can gain more from their teachings. Special emphasis will be placed on teachings from the most recent general conference.
"What should I be doing financially to prepare for marriage?"
"How can I learn to better communicate with members of the opposite sex?"
"How can I know if he or she is the 'right' one?"
"How can I prepare myself for an eternal marriage?"
